Biogenic or Abiogenic, are the dinosaurs an appetizer
written by Steven Barrymore

Where did all the oil come from? Biogenic decomposition of organic material, the dinosaurs, or an abiogenic source formed from deep carbon deposits possibly dating from the formation of the earth. Are we dealing with a non-renewable biogenic oil source from the long past departed dinosaurs or an unlimited abiogenic oil source from deep in the earth? Have the oil companies been drilling to find these abiogenic sources, drilling at depths over 10 miles? And are these abiogenic sources deep in the earth under higher pressures than the organic biogenic counterparts? If the oil is abiogenic, there may be more oil in the earth than let known.
